Purpose
This engagement gives [TEAM NAME] a shared, durable way of working, with particular attention to what surfaced in our conversations: trust is thin, and meetings are not working. The approach is practical by design: short courses on each person’s own time, facilitated sessions that work the material live, and small practices that carry the work into the meetings already on the calendar.

Scope of work
1. Foundations: First Profiles
Every team member completes the Insights Discovery® Evaluator and receives their personal profile. The team then debriefs together in a facilitated Foundations session, including a team wheel overview, and leaves with a shared language it can use the next morning.
Delivery: a half-day session (about three hours), in person. Pre-learning: each person completes Know Your Profile once their profile arrives, before the Foundations session, so the team wheel gets read from a shared footing.
2. The Team Coaching Journey
A sequenced coaching arc. Either a series of Team Coaching Sessions on the topics that matter most to this team, building toward working agreements, or one Core Collection title worked in depth.
The topics below were chosen and ordered by what matters most to this team. Each Team Coaching Session takes one topic; the sequence builds the shared evidence the team’s working agreements will rest on.
1. What Earns Our Trust: the team maps what trust looks like through each color energy and names what earns it here.
2. How We Run Meetings: the team redesigns how its meetings actually run.
3. How We Make Decisions: the team maps how decisions really get made and closes the gaps.
The culmination: Our Working Agreements. With the sessions above behind it, the journey closes with the wrap session where everything the team has learned becomes working agreements it wrote for itself.
